Despite Scotland leading 5-3 at halftime, with Elis Martin scoring a try on her debut start, France turned the tide in the second half. Kelly Arbey’s early try for France was countered by missed kicks, allowing Scotland to remain within striking distance.

However, Emeline Gros’s try in the final minutes denied Scotland a losing bonus point.The match showcased moments of brilliance from both sides.
