Donovan Mitchell erupted for 20 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 115-111 comeback victory over the Boston Celtics on Sunday, snapping Boston’s seven-game winning streak. Mitchell, who struggled early, dominated late by hitting all six of his fourth-quarter field goals, including four 3-pointers, helping Cleveland rally from a 12-point deficit.

Darius Garland added 22 points for the Cavs, who avenged their previous loss to Boston, the Eastern Conference’s top team, earlier this month. Jayson Tatum scored 33 points and Payton Pritchard added 24 for the short-handed Celtics, who played without Jaylen Brown (illness) and Derrick White (foot sprain). Kristaps Porzingis chipped in 21 points for Boston.

A crucial moment came late when Pritchard was called for a lane violation after intentionally missing a free throw, sealing the game for Cleveland as Mitchell sank two free throws to secure the win. The Celtics will host Miami next, while the Cavs face Washington.
