Juventus marked their return to European competition with a commanding 3-1 win over PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Champions League League Phase at the Allianz Stadium. Youngster Kenan Yildiz was the standout performer, inspiring the Italian giants to victory.

PSV, unbeaten in their opening five Eredivisie matches, began confidently but were undone by a stunning six-minute spell from Juventus. Yildiz, at just 18 years old, made history as the club’s youngest UCL scorer, cutting into the box and curling a beautiful strike into the top corner.

Weston McKennie then doubled the lead, capitalizing on a failed clearance from Joey Veerman to slot past PSV goalkeeper Joel Drommel. Juventus continued their dominance in the second half, with Nicolas Gonzalez adding a third goal just seven minutes after the break, following a defensive error that left him unmarked in front of goal.

PSV managed a late consolation through Ismael Saibari, but Juventus’ control was never in doubt. The win sets a strong tone for Thiago Motta in his first UCL match as Juventus manager, with hopes high for their upcoming clash against RB Leipzig.
