Jos Buttler is set to return as England’s white-ball captain for their upcoming tour of the West Indies, marking his comeback after a calf injury. The 14-man squad, announced on Wednesday, will feature Buttler leading England in three ODIs and five T20s across Antigua, Barbados, and St. Lucia later this month. Buttler, one of the most destructive white-ball batters, has not played since the T20 World Cup in June, where England failed to retain their title.

Three uncapped players, Jafer Chohan, John Turner, and Dan Mousley, have been included. Yorkshire leg-spinner Chohan, 22, expressed his excitement, calling his selection “an absolute dream.” The squad will also be bolstered by two players from the ongoing Test series in Pakistan, with final decisions to be made after the third Test in Rawalpindi on October 24th.

Harry Brook, who captained England in their recent ODI series loss to Australia, was the standout performer, topping the scoring charts with 312 runs. England’s tour will kick off with the first ODI on December 3 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, followed by the T20 series starting November 9 in Barbados.

**England Squad**: Jos Buttler (capt), Jofra Archer, Jacob Bethell, Jafer Chohan, Sam Curran, Will Jacks, Liam Livingstone, Saqib Mahmood, Dan Mousley, Jamie Overton, Adil Rashid, Phil Salt, Reece Topley, John Turner.
