Fiorentina midfielder Edoardo Bove continues to make strides in his recovery after collapsing during a Serie A match against Inter Milan on Sunday. The game was halted and subsequently suspended as Bove was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.

General Manager Alessandro Ferrari provided a positive update on Wednesday, revealing that Bove has been moved from intensive care to a coronary care unit. “Edoardo is doing well, he is recovering, and we are happy,” Ferrari told Mediaset before Fiorentina’s Italian Cup match against Empoli. “We have to be patient and have respect for him. He changed hospital wards, so things are better.”

Bove’s collapse during the high-stakes match shocked the football community, but the swift response of medical teams has been credited with stabilizing the young midfielder. The club and fans remain optimistic about his continued recovery as Fiorentina shifts its focus back to the season.

Further updates on Bove’s condition are expected in the coming days, with his health being the priority as he progresses through the recovery process.
