The MotoGP season finale, initially planned for Valencia, will now take place in Barcelona from November 15-17, following severe floods in Valencia. This shift ensures the 2024 championship race will proceed while showing solidarity with flood-affected communities in Valencia.

Championship leader Jorge Martin heads into the final race 24 points ahead of reigning champion Francesco Bagnaia. With the title still undecided, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is set to be the battleground for the season’s decisive showdown.

This last-minute venue change follows requests from riders to relocate the event out of respect for flood victims. Earlier this year, Barcelona hosted the Catalunya MotoGP, where Bagnaia clinched victory over Martin, adding another layer of anticipation to this rematch on Catalan soil.
